RedSprout Digital is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own strategy across SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and Automation. You’ll lead accounts, shape growth roadmaps, and ensure execution stays aligned to business goals.

This is a client-facing leadership role—perfect for someone who can connect performance data to decisions, and decisions to results.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to lead growth across channels (SEO + Ads + CRO)
  • Strong strategic thinking with practical execution knowledge
  • Experience presenting roadmaps, insights, and performance to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage priorities across a delivery team
  • A systems mindset: tracking, dashboards, process, documentation
  • Comfort with forecasting and goal-setting (leads, ROAS, CAC, pipeline)
  • Experience in B2B lead gen or ecommerce scaling
  • Automation exposure: CRM workflows, email/SMS, lead routing
