Job Description

RedSprout Digital is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll work on global brands, improve tracking accuracy, and scale results with testing, creative insights, and disciplined optimisation.

You’ll own performance from setup to reporting—building campaigns that drive qualified leads, ROAS, and pipeline growth.

Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads + Meta Ads end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, events, conversions)
  • Ability to build structured campaigns: search, PMax, remarketing, lead gen
  • Comfortable with CRO basics: landing page messaging, funnels, heatmaps
  • Clear reporting skills (Looker Studio or similar) and sharp analysis
  • Strong communication and ownership mindset
  • Experience with Shopify/WordPress landing pages
  • Basic creative direction for ad angles, hooks, and iterations
