Job Description

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to run delivery for web builds, landing pages, tracking implementations, dashboards, and automations. You’ll translate requirements into execution plans, keep timelines on track, and ensure quality across design/dev/marketing handoffs.

This role is for someone who loves clarity, documentation, and shipping work that performs.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong project management fundamentals: scope, timelines, risks, QA
  • Understanding of web delivery: WordPress/Shopify, performance basics, tracking
  • Ability to coordinate designers, devs, and marketers efficiently
  • Documentation skills: briefs, SOPs, acceptance criteria, launch checklists
  • Client communication confidence: updates, expectations, next steps
  • Quality mindset: testing, analytics verification, clean launches
  • Tools: ClickUp/Asana/Jira + Slack/Notion
  • Automation tools: Zapier/Make/n8n + basic API/webhooks understanding
