RedSprout Digital Private Limited provides service-based offerings including digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, web/app development, IT solutions, automation, custom dashboards, CRM customization, and lead generation. Since services involve time, expertise, planning, and resource allocation, all payments are non-refundable.
1) No Refund Policy (Services)
All payments made to RedSprout Digital Private Limited are final and non-refundable once the order/payment is confirmed.
This applies to all service categories including (but not limited to):
- Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- SEO, audits, strategy, and consulting
- Website / Web App / Mobile App Development
- IT solutions, automation, integrations, and custom dashboards
- CRM/Lead system setup and customization
- Lead generation and marketing technology services
2) No Refund After Work Allocation
Because service delivery may begin immediately (research, planning, setup, team allocation, tools configuration, communication, and execution), refunds are not provided for:
- change of mind after purchase
- partial usage of services
- delays due to client-side dependencies (access, approvals, content, creatives, credentials, feedback, assets)
- dissatisfaction based on subjective preference after work has started
- unused hours, unused days, or unutilized scope after purchase
3) Third-Party / Platform Payments
Payments made towards third-party products or platforms (if any), including:
- ad platform spend (Google/Meta/others),
- domains, hosting, plugins, themes,
- SaaS tools, licenses, API charges,
- SMS/WhatsApp/email credits,
are also non-refundable, as they are billed by external providers.
4) Duplicate Payment / Technical Error (Only Exception)
In rare cases of duplicate payment or a technical transaction error where you are charged more than once for the same order/invoice, the extra amount may be reversed/adjusted after verification.
